lawdog, they violated their oath. They have made partisan decisions not based on fact or law but selfish desire to further one candidate over another. Their first entry was made without even a request for their participation. They denied Katherine Harris her right to carry out the duties of her office. They changed the rules put forth by the legislature. They have/are attempting to usurp the powers of the legislature and executive branches of government. That is unacceptable and very dangerous. The people, the legislature and the executive have to challenge that. Failure to do so could be deadly for our system.
