So if the recount can be done by Tuesday, the winner is still legitimate but not a true winner as Gore camp wanted to portrait" Well now that the events of the last few minutes probably make this a moot point. But I still believe and hope that the Florida Legislature, duly elected representatives of the People, will act as adults and put an end to this nonsense, as they are empowered to by the US Constitution. The only Constitutional crisis is the one created by the Florida Supreme Court. The Legislature was elected by the people and act on their behalf. The FSC is a group of elitists who feel entitled to invent law. I'll take duly elected representatives over self anointed demigods any day. EP
