Both sides counting are clearly biased...but unfortunately for the Republicans...they did not get the advantage of special re-count teams showing them how to gain the advantage. And if you think that is spin...do a little investigating...these "specialists" have talked openly. They were on call all over the US to be ready to be flown wherever they might be needed. In this regard, the Dems were much better prepared than the Republicans...
