US Appeals Court in Atlanta denies Bush
hand recounts will NOT stop in Florida

but they order FL not to change any certification
until the USSupCt rules

court of appeals refuses to stop re-count. supreme court orders halt to re-count. oral arguments on monday which means a nasty market for monday as this will not have been resolved by market open on monday. imo, Bush should have allowed this to go forward. odds were that he would have won anyway and Gore and the dems would have had no more arguments to call Bush an illegitimate president.
