Simon says, count the vote
Simon says, don't count
Simon says, recount
Don't recount
I didn't say Simon says
(so start all over)

There is a definite pattern here. The courts (Supreme and in Florida) split down the middle, with liberals appointed by Democrats consistently interpreting the law in favor of Gore, and conservatives appointed by Republicans, consistently deciding (in their objective, legal opinion) in favor of Bush. So, I guess if Clinton had had a chance to nominate more Supreme Court Justices, then Gore would get to be President. The chaos and partisanship goes on.
