I remember that they changed their terms of membership a few months ago to allow for regular members and "premium" members that would have access to things like advanced search. Several emails describing the changes were sent to members, but I've deleted them.

Looking at their home page, I either mis-interpreted those emails and was mistaken in my post, or else they've changed back to the old system after trying an advertising supported scheme for awhile.
