ru2, I can't comment on valuations, but I do believe that JNPR does not face much technical competition from CSCO in the high end space. Issues that keep JNPR from dominating the space are pricing, integration with the proprietary CSCO IOS, vendor financing and in some cases, politics. JNPR is not going away, but they are expensive. I believe that the netire sector for high end routers is estimated to cap in the 5 billion dollar/year range over the next 3 years. tp
