I think what is going on is that ATT and others think they will be able to use WCDMA and not pay royalties to Q for it. This is an ongoing battle that will be crucial.

More important to me is that there is no battle. At best it's been a conflict of PR between both sides. If a battle does come to fruition, it will begin when WCDMA starts being used.
