We're talking night and day here, IMO. To deny a group of legal voters the right to vote because of a Republican party vendor's screwup and the poor judgement of a couple county election officials would have been outrageous. Especially so in light of Gore's mantra that "we just want to count all the votes". As the judges in these cases indicated, there is not a single shread of evidence that the accuracy of the election was compromised by these actions.
