well, its sometimes wise to not wait to buy the certainty, like the herd judging by speed of USSC decision, i'm certain with a modest degree of uncertainty that they rule in favor of the shurbster, by gosh got Naz 3500? cheers

Only new argument will be from Bush side, that the suddenness of the vote recount order deprived them of Constitutional rights (don't ask me which section)c)Split vote was: Conservative 5 (Scialia, Thomas, Renquist, with Kennedy and OConnor going with them) vs Liberal 4. I'd give odds 55.5555 to 44.4444 that the Supreme Court will end this silliness in Bush's favor, and we won't have a Constitutional crisis BWDIK?
