The only reason for the 5 Republicans on the USSC to stop the counting, is to keep the truth from being known. Had the counting proceeded, it have either solidified or erased the Bush argument that a recount will not change the election.

This way we will find out after the Bush "coronation", and all hell will break loose.

I expect to see a lot of impeachment investigations going on in Washington next year.
