>>Despite ruling just one week ago that these election decisions should be left to the Florida Supreme Court and were not for federal scrutiny, the land's highest court seems to have changed course in deciding the hotly disputed counts should stop for now.<<

Get a clue, Nadine. The statement is bullshit, pure and simple. No, I won't stop there. It is a total and absolute lie, with no shred of truth, not one. That ought to tell you a lot more about what's going on than anything else you are likely ever to see. The United States Supreme Court did no such thing. They remanded the case back to Florida to ask what the basis of the decision was. To put it in real terms, they said to the Florida Supreme Court "If you based your decision on the Florida Constitution, you lose. If you based your decision on the United States Constitution, you lose. If you based your decision on equity, you lose. If you based your decision on Florida law, prove it."

The federal question is the appointment of the next President of the United States. Duh.
