John,

Yea, the USSC really blew it this time. The FLSC gave us a chance to wrap it up this weekend, and the USSC decided to throw the country into chaos.

It just goes to prove that having the Presidency is very important. Reagan decided this election with his choice of Supreme Court justices.

John, Re: Congratulations to all conservatives, your fellow conservatives on the US Supreme Court have decided to ignore states rights (and I thought that was one of your principles), and to circumvent the independence of the state of Florida.

I would say two wrongs don't do one right and if everyone played by the unwritten agreement as michael said, don't drag the court in unless there is fraud, there won't be all these mess. Once the "voter's intend" comes to play it will all end up with ideological arguments which can be predicted as "conservative vs liberal"

"the US Supreme's have decided that they will decide the election, not Florida and it's voters"

How long should the other 49 states wait for FL. to pull its head out? FL as I once said is a joke, they have proven it over and over again.

Seems to me FL certified there electoral votes already anyway.

John,
Re:"Im not sure I care to vote any more national "elections".

This is precisely what Republicans and the Nader/media have encouraged to get us in this mess today.People like you need to vote to stop this right wing hypocrisy.Apathy, alienation, and ignorance are the friends of facism.
