V, I think it really no longer a concern over laws. It is really turning into a way to avoid a constitutional crisis.
I am certain that Justice Well in FLA Supreme Court may have voted with the majority but looked at the big picture and did not like it. That road would have been too costly and Wells saw that.

Remember it was the 3 senior members of the FLA court that dissented; an indication their wisdom and long term thinking.
I bet the USSC will basically go along with Justice Wells.

Again....it is over! What a relief it will be.

I expect every one of the commie Libs to cheer after a 5/4 USSC vote in favor of Bush, after all it's a higher percentage than their precious little 4/3 FlaSC.
