"The USSC just destroyed Bush's Presidency" Most decisions in this thing have been shockers. Dont completely rule out 5-4 your way if Boise&crew can get the ear of kennedy or o'connor. The current 5-4 is just a guess of what they will do. They will listen to the arguments and i think gore has a 1 in 4 chance left. I thought the odds of the FSC decision on Friday was also 1 in 4 and that horse came in. Also you are technically corrent that bush started litigation after gore failed to accept results of the original count plus a statewide machine recount. That is where i thing the downhill slide began.
