Socialist is right - they hide under the title of Democrat. People need to wake up before it is too late. Socialism is a failure and goes against the founding of our great country. Socialism is destroying Europe, taxes to the moon and no incentive to work hard. We are heading down the wrong road. Tax reductions actually lead to a stronger economy, but lazy people do not want to understand that as it is easier to just get a paycheck for nothing, healthcare as a right and housing as a god given right.

Yes I am a liberal . I haven't changed much from the 60's. To me liberal means to be free. It's more of a left brain rather than a right brain thing. However these people who call themselves liberal are not liberal in the classical sense of the term. They are statists/socialists who prefer the chains and bondage of government in return for a promise of security. They reject God and accept government. Me I reject the rule of both religion and government. That to me means freedom.
