Well, I want jdsu under $70 and rmbs under $50......also would like to add more ntap and sndk, if they drop...if they rise, I'll chill with what I have. I don't think I have ever been so confused as to how a market will open and react, as I am on monday. I see so many reasons for a strong rise and so many reasons for a strong fall.......My hope is the houses take the markets down on monday, just to allow for some discount buying.......

have a great night

My feeling as well. If the FL legisl stays out of it, this does not become a constitutional crisis. The markets would not be hurt by recounting or contesting. It is only when the state legislature gets into that it becomes a potential for crisis.

As much as I want Bush to wrap this thing up; I dislike the tactics of the legislature. If the legislature had not made any threats, there would be little uncertaintly in the markets and really nothing to worry about.
