Re: "all they did was add a voter registration number ..." It was still illegal. They broke the law. And they probably knew it. Actually, I have no disdain for the GOP operatives who did such, nor do I much care that some military ballots were thrown out because the servicemen already voted on land. I'm sure there are logical explanations. What these incidents illuminate is the need to spend some bucks to improve how we vote so we achieve a greater degree of voter accuracy than a 1.5% rejection rate when the margin of victory in the selection of the next Leader of the Free World is .000001 percent.
