Please John, I wasn't intending to insult you. I was making a point that there are rules for a Federal election and you have to follow them. It's not a local matter because it affects the entire country. The rules say you can't change the rules after the election. When the FSC changed the election rules they violated Federal law. The real danger is that other states would start changing their rules any time they want to. That's chaos. The USSC is forced to act to prevent this precedence from standing.

Again if the Florida Legislature would enforce the results of the election as determined by the rules in place on Nov 7th, the USSC wouldn't need to get involved.
