PapayaKing,

Several counties in Florida purged their voter lists using that faulty list from that Texas company (Check-something, I forget the name). The counties were under legal order to purge their voter lists, though at least one county refused to do so after the elections supervisor found her own husband erroneously listed as a felon! It's now been admitted that the list contained the names of 8000 people who had been convicted of misdemeanors who should not have been purged. These purges struck African-Americans disproportionately. Who knows what other errors and cases of mistaken identity were in that list.

As for the other charges, they are under investigation by the Justice Department.
