Pataki's summation ought to be applauded for an exact
recap of this entire misadventure in Florida. I think
Fla Supreme Court has shown little respect for the millions of
floridians who did vote.

with court tv, geraldo, etc. lawyers go to media, get on tv, try case in the media, get fame, make money, write books, have newsconferences. sometimes it isn't best for their case or client. they may lose case, but they get fame and fortune and possibly some cuties, too. (look at oj prosecutors) sometimes they win for their client by going to public and even violating orders, directly and openly or thru leaks, not to talk re case. for example, giuliani became mayor of nyc. he got famous by repeatedly violating gag orders.
