John, I suppose the "renegade" part is a personal opinion? Or are they of American Indian decent? Just look at what they have done so far: They overruled Circuit judge Lewis who ruled that SOS had the authority under FL law to use her discretion on accepting late returns. In doing so they created completely new deadline and ignored the one in FL law. This ruling was sent back by US supreme court. They overruled Circuit judge Sauls ruling on Gore contest. The US SC is poised to overrule them again. Both judges Sauls and Lewis happen to be Democrats, and they did the factfinding in each case. It seems that there are 4 cases of the FL SC disagreeing with other courts, and on all occasions in favor of Gore. Don't you think that something fishy is going on in Tallahassee? Joe
