If the recount produced a 100 vote gore victory, how could the SC rule fairly on the Bush petition to overrule? If the SC rules for gore on monday it has the power to restart the clock from saturday and add 2 days to the 12/12 requirement. The FSC chief had it right. Without statewide recount standards and a recount of the tainted Broward results and the 156 the FSC gave gore from miami, we have a farce.
