Having Read The SC Opinion and Dissent There is clearly a major disagreement within the court concerning its role and the issues concerning this case. Anyone who represents that the SC taking this case resolves the turmoil is at best being overly optimistic and more likely dishonest. Message 14984908

In this market money is made one way, Buy the panics, and sell the mania. If we Gap down big you buy it with tight stops. The QQQ @ 66-67 with a stop at 64, or JDSU at 68-69 with stop at 66. If your wrong you come back in at the next resistence level. Strictly trading. I sold QQQ's and JDSU on Friday before close would love to trade them again. The election is still in doubt and if the market is offering an opp Id take it.
