You have sided with the snakes, pal.

Scalia is an honorable man. Al is a tool.

Disparage whomever you choose. Truth is truth.

Right now Scalia is on the stage

Scalia and the other four concurring USSC justices have saved this country and our constitution from being further ripped apart in the days and weeks ahead. I thank them for that. Gore never had a chance of winning the presidency after the Florida count was certified. That was ensured by the rules of the game which were established ahead of the contest. If he has even an ounce of class, he'll now concede quickly. Somehow I doubt that he will, and that makes me even more glad that he won't be in the White House.

Tiger, the results are not secret. President Elect Bush was certified as the winner of the Nov 7 election in Florida after a complete, total, full, count of every vote cast in Florida. Every vote cast on or before Nov 7. What's the secret you are talking about???????

Winning Florida gave President Elect Bush the Electoral Vote rightly as he won the populace vote by a landslide of 13 million.

TP, if any of us were half as well thought as Scalia, the world would be much better off. I think you need to cut the man some slack. He is one of the best legal minds of our time, and certainly the best on the current USSC.
