I defy you to find anything in the congressional record of Fla. that would indicate you are correct- or anywhere else save the opinions spread by the Gore camp. In the Cheif Justice's dissent, he plainly recognized that I am right...and in fact the four who ruled against Mr. Boise's argument to only count the Gore contested territory apparently agree. So trust me, if none on the FSC could justify it yesterday, you won't either. But, go ahead and search if you must. Dan B
