Yeah....same as that 4-3 FLSC decision. Does that mean it is invalid? ALL of those judges were appointed by Democratic governors, and Gore case was so bad that they could not stick together. BTW, do you realize you are totally 100% partisan and can seemingly never see that you are covered with the same mud you sling? Slimeball.
