Ms. Harris was just following the first opinion of the Florida Supreme Court to the letter. I personally think that the full recount of undervotes will again build Mssr. Bush's lead... However the language in the recent Florida Supreme Court about adding Palm Beach and partial Dade County hand recounts probably oversteps the bounds of an appeals court, as does ordering all counties with undervotes to recount. For first instance, none of these numerous counties were parties to the litigation that spawned the order and I'd argue that the Florida Surpreme Court lacked jurisdiction over these Canvas Boards whose Counties were not part of the lawsuit....
