No I predict that the USSC will vacate, again, an opinion of the judicial activist Florida SC on the grounds that the FL SC was once again writing new law that did not exist.

I think you are wrong. I find nothing in the law that limited his request for a recount to less than the whole state. Nevertheless, he did not ask and that "simple" little mistake is his "Waterloo", a fatal "political" move.
