cleto, I am very impressed with NHC's market performance. as you correctly point out that MHC has weathered market volatility and the Q1 results well. I must say NHC management has strategised the releases in a brilliant fashion. I am starting to gain new respect for them, which otherwise, might have been reserved for the management of only the top 500 companies of the world. When a company rises even after not so good news, you know the stock has bottomed and is on the upswing. I think it is irrelevant on who wins the uS election. The end is in sight. The election fiasco has already been factored into the market. I wouldn't be at all surprised that after a brief sell off Monday morning, we will be on the way towards a significant rally by year end. NHC will shine and we will have to visit the dancing babies again. Regards, Lalit Jain
