We have two issues here. Number one, the FLSC with the help of Boies, et al, completely screwed Gore in the end-game by rigging the protest process. If they had let the law stand as it was, Gore would have had enough time to contest in the end.

The second issue is that the Florida SC has made a point of putting forth outcome-based rulings that have had poor construction. When you apply the law, you arr supposed to apply it to its logical conclusion. This court has first determined what it wanted the outcome to be, and then it filled in the blanks. That is a certain road to disaster, and is also a hallmark of judicial activism.

I agree with you 100% about Judge Terry Lewis.
