And I would exclude those that seek to exclude others!

ANd that would INCLUDE me, I guess!

Lighten up folks! First Kenni calls the CA Senators an epithet, Scumbria is accused of hating the US and now you wish to exclude voters?

The people who voted for the losing candidate will continue to be Americans when all this is said and done. Lighten up.

Robert,

re:"We need a more educated electorate. People who do not understand the construction of their own government should not be voters. I would also exclude people who think the US Supreme Court is an agency, instead of one of the three branches of the Federal Government."

Yes we do need a more educated electorate.

We also need better healthcare.

But its a major leap to start excuding people.

The fact is that most folks vote based on self interest and not idealogy.

And education level is irrelevant, as is constitional knowledge.

The purpose of voting is to elect folks who can best serve you best - wether economically, idealogically etc.

And thats the way it is everywhere else in the world too.

Except most places are enlightened enough to have one man one vote.

regards,

Kash
