Yes. I realize that's the demolib spin but the facts are Scalia's concurring opinion and the opinion of the majority is soundly reasoned and logical. It was time for the vote manufacturing to stop. The demolibs have acknowledged that a Gore Presidency is an extreme longshot and that their true strategy is to undermine the Bush Presidency. Note the brazen disregard of Ron Klain for Judge Lewis' order regarding the new "votes" manufactured in the latest recount. JLA
