1) Rule that Florida's election laws are so imbalanced to a point where no close contest can fairly be decided. 2) Order the state's legislature to rewrite its election law. A court order a legislature to write law? Um, you would not happen to be on the FLSC would you?...rotf..

LOL Now you want the USSC to commit the same offense they are about to excoriate the Fla SC for, namely writing new law. Coin flip would be new law. That's got a bad taste of legitimacy. Bitter taste, right! Practice slowly at first. President Bush, it's not like you haven't said it many times before in your life. You will never say (legitimately) President Gore;)
