Apparently you wish to return to the days in decades past in the south when voters were required to pass 'literacy' tests.

If someone is not literate, how the hell do they know who they voted for? There were old ladies in Palm Beach County who claimed they did not vote for the right person. If their memory of who they voted for were so vivid hours after the fact, why did they not ask for another ballot immediately?
