didn't, ah, well, it just wasn't any good, thats all. Ya see, a whole bunch of people were disenfranchised by that vote, on account of there was no effort to, ah, ummm......ahhhh, to find the intent of the voter. In fact, it would be a whole lot easier if the voters would just stay home and the local election board could just, ahh....errr, divine the intent without any bother to the citizen at all. Of course, only in counties where the democrats control the board.
