rightful owner. Those ballots would be returned also, unless the Smithsonian impounds them.

Third Eye--the one constant through out all of this has been the desire by Gore to get the votes counted and RECORDED and the desire by Bush to NOT count and RECORD them.

Until those votes are RECORDED, what we have here is a de facto coup d'etat, not by swords but by litigation. The party that hates the trial system used it to perfection to best the DEMs.

BTW, those ballots will be reviewed, unless something bizarre happens to them. FL authorities need to make sure those ballots don't go through any underpasses or near any grassy knolls.
