lets buy em out for 3/16, burn down their offices and loot their bank account.

Heck, make them an offer they can't refuse .... offer them 3/8, lolol. Let them keep the offices.

Don't you wish it could be that easy ? I have not looked at the 10Qs only at Yahoo. Sadly, I believe they most likely had $4/share as of Sept 30th -- when the stock was trading for ..... $4/share. At their estimated burn rate, they are probably running on fumes as we speak.

Where is the money going ? According to Yahoo they have 433 employees !!! If the majority of them are based in the SF Bay area, their annual payroll+benefits alone is $40M - $60M. How they could be managing to lose $60M on top of that .... I dunno, maybe the company offers "all you can drink" Starbuck's coffee to its employees, lol.

Maybe the MMs will run it one more time before the lights go out. Who knows ?

Anyway, I'm still looking for stocks that will rise from the ashes for a week or 2 at the end of the year.

Oh yeah, what do you make of IBUY ? Below book value, large short position, small float. I spotted it around 3:30pm at 3 1/2 but my order didn't fill. It was moving too fast. Rats, lol.
