Many on this thread have actually willingly participated in Bush's looting of the Constitution

I've said more than once that this election was a statistical tie. Someone has to end up as president and, like it or not, it will be Bush. He didn't "steal" it or "loot the constitution" (I personally feel that those accusations more closely fit the Gore teams actions). Bush will take the presidency because of the constitutionally mandated election rules that were in place when the voters went to the polls.

The USSC will present in several days, most likely, varied opinions as to the constitutional issues raised by the events in Florida. The American public will listen and judge the decision for themselves at that time. Some will like it and some won't, but it will be a decision and we will live with it. I really don't think that very many people, yourself included, would care for the alternative.
