It can get pretty brutal when discussing who will survive a term, when one gets replaced or not with little regard for the individual involved. I have always equated Ginsburg with socialism, completely opposite of any political viewpoint that I have. I applaud your empathy for her as an individual though.

, but it is so very tragic about Ginsberg. Poor lady - my prayers are with her.

What is the story with Ginsberg? I heard she had some health problems, but I was not under the impression that they were so serious that she would have to retire.
