>>Face it, the GOP is on the side that is eroding the Constitution here.<<

Why should I face something that is non-existent? If you have any basis for your statement, state it.

The way I read the Constitution, it gives the state legislature the power to appoint electors. The Florida Legislature delegated that power to the popular vote. However, the Florida Legislature did NOT delegate the power to determine election contests for Presidential Electors to the judiciary. I assume, from the comments of others, that you are a lawyer. As am I.

Please tell me where in the Florida Election Code the power to determine the appointment of Presidential Electors was delegated to the Florida Supreme Court.

No, ma'am, you are wrong. The precedents which are being set here will be the guiding stars - may I say the poll stars? - of America for many years.

We believe in, and love, the American Constitution. I suggest to you that you and your ilk love power, pure and simple, regardless of the American Constitution, and have lost.
