Lott will be surrounded by movers and shakers, Americans that have a record of standing firm regardless of opposition, he'll either get the idea or get crushed by the rest. I particularly like the idea of Powell as Secretary of State, there's a man that will not get us into anything unless absolutely necessary, and if we do get in whatever happens will be decisive.
