Bush has no say. Florida law says clear intent of the voter and county canvassing boards decide what that means. Bush is like a 2 year old.

The 500+ votes in Broward were largely courtesy of Gunzberger. Being on TV didn't stop her. I think that's why the Constitutional questions are being raised in part. The standards that were applied in the recounts prior to today were subjective. A 2:00 P.M. Sunday deadline was imposed where some counties were not prepared at all. Undervotes were still mixed in with machine-readables. Meanwhile the airlines are doling out the frequent flier miles like crazy. Florida - D>C>- Florida - D.C. ...
