TP, It is a protest about how the votes are counted. If a voter does not have the ability to punch a hole in a ballot (and the directions are clear that each person review his vote and remove the paper remaining on the ballot, then he forfeits his vote. Too bad. Counting scratch marks as voter intent on light grade paper is ludicrous and the Republicans know it. If you score a Touch down you get the points. if you make it to the 1 inch line, you don't. Intent to score does not factor into the outcome. tp
