No because we want to be loved whatever our mood.
I smile and laugh a lot but I don't like it when someone says to me, when I am in a somber mood, "Smile, you look so pretty when you smile".

I don't know about "women" in general but personally I want a friendship/love to be present in all moods (assuming no abusive ones of course).
