I dont know, but USSC might have stopped the handcount travesty
because of lack of standards, lack of oversight, lack of time, lack of resources, lack of overseas disq'ed absentees

maybe USSC wants to have FLSC clarify matters
FLSC has the right to overturn, but their stated reasoning was weak

USSC has the power to urge FL Legislature to slide deadlines
this is not going to end quickly and simply
