this time capsule doesnt accommodate yr2000 complexity and 100 million voters we have incompatibility in the right for manual recount and the time available to complete it I just dont think the USSC will stamp Sauls ruling something big is missing here not enough time to meet certification deadline on recount not enough time to examine evidence in discovery not enough clear probability of overturning evidence this isnt right I dont want to win this way for Bush the resentment and bitterness and bitter divide will be damaging this is not over / jim
