Most people are sheep and will follow anyone with a good line of crap. How many posters on this board have actually done research into the Constitution? Very few. Most are parroting information received from the respective left and right wing sources. I first heard the Stalin quote on the Michael Savage show a few weeks ago, I then saw it repeated several times on this thread. I think several posters must be listening to Art Bell at 2am for some of the thoughts they are coming up with. A few years ago a co-worker tried to tell me of the P&G/Satan connection because his wife had received a flyer from her church recommending a boycott of P&G products. Although I showed him several sources debunking the myth, he maintained his steadfast belief in the flyer. The "average" American is just not too smart.
