i do not understand how you, or anyone else, benefits from such a narrowminded attitude. are you not capable of saying "interesting point of view - not mine - but good to know how someone else thinks?" instead you prefer to rant and insult - how could that possibly benefit you?

it is clear that gore sought to win the election by using all ploys within the broad range of political gamesmenship and that bush did exactly the same thing.

you are accusing gore of being the bad loser who will go down in history for trying to exploit, for his personal advantage, the flaws in the system...

have you not seen those accusations against bush that say the republicans did everything they could to avoid an ACCURATE count of the votes, that they stalled endlessly and did not let the voice of the people be heard, that the "candidate who can bridge the divide" had his party obstruct blacks from going to the polls and prevented jews and blacks from having their votes counted, and that finally bush got nepotistic daddy to weigh in and talk to the justices daddy appointed to the supreme court to delivery the presidency daddy promised???

are you deaf - or do you only read the militant right diatribe?

i am not saying i agree with those who accuse bush of the above statement - nor with you who accuse gore of comparable misdeeds - i am saying that those whose opinions you cannot (will not) hear are just as vociferous as yours.

we do not have a Good Guy and a Bad Guy in this election. we have two guys who want the white house and have pushed the limits of fair play to, or slightly beyond the previous boundaries.

whoever loses will likely go down in history as having been swindled

there are two sides to every story
