Possible short Plays: IDTI and OPWV.. a situation of a double top breakout on a short term overbought chart in an intermediate/long term downtrend could be a good set up for a short play and possible pullback on Monday. If these companies do indeed pull back, there will be more room for yet another rally after the pullback. If you are not comfortable going short, than wait for a later day breakout and hop on the long side on ANY indication of a turnaround.

The market in the next weeks should be a haven for shorters of high multiple stocks with little or no return on equity, and a smorgasbord for the severely beaten down stocks that have had at 2-4 quarters or more of beating the street, consistant earnings acceleration quarter after quarter (as opposed to just revenue growth), Low debt/equity, high growth estimates going forward, and LOW P/E multiples and PEGs of 1 and under.

Earnings season is upon us and the strong will survive.
